Tayco is excited to welcome back Kevin Philips this time as our new Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Experience for Tayco and BRC. With a rich history of leadership and a deep-rooted connection to Tayco, Kevin brings unparalleled experience and passion to his new role.
Kevin’s journey with Tayco began long before his official tenure, as his father has owned the company since 1976. Growing up in an environment that valued culture, quality, and innovation in office furniture, Kevin developed a profound admiration for the industry. His professional path led him to become Tayco’s CEO, where his strategic vision and commitment to excellence played a key role in shaping Tayco into the respected brand it is today.
After Tayco’s acquisition by the BRC Group of Companies two years ago, and driven by his unwavering dedication to the industry, Kevin has now made a remarkable return to the company he cherishes. In his new role he will oversee the Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales Teams, ensuring that Tayco and BRC continue to exceed industry expectations and deliver exceptional workplace solutions. “I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity the Tayco Team has given me. Continuing to build our brand, culture, and Customer base is something I’m very passionate about,” says Kevin. His enthusiasm for the overall mission and his strategic insight will be invaluable as we strive to elevate our presence in the office furniture industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kevin enjoys a vibrant personal life. He loves attending live shows with friends and is passionate about writing and recording music. Kevin also treasures his time with his two sons, Frank and James, who bring immense joy to his life.
