We’re proud to announce that Tayco has officially been named on the 2020 list of Best Workplaces in Manufacturing. Tayco received this honour after being certified as a Great Place to Work® in March. Both honours were received after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.

With the current global pandemic Tayco still continues to engage its Team Members with rewarding opportunities as much as possible. Although in person Social Committee events cannot currently be held, Tayco has offered opportunities for professional development through Zoom. Most recently, Tayco became an Employer Partner of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) and welcomed them to host virtual diversity and inclusion training. Tayco has also developed an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Team, which will assist in the development and implementation of Tayco’s diversity and inclusion strategy. Finally, Tayco launched its Employee Engagement Team, who will identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to ensure Tayco is always being the best organization it possibly can be for its Team Members and Customers.
