Employee Profile: Tharshan Rajendiram

Meet Tharshan Rajendiram, Tayco’s Employee Profile for February 2023. Tharshan has been with Tayco for five years and has worked as Machine Operator, Wood Material Consolidator and currently as a Customer Experience Representative. Tharshan has been excelling in this latest role in the Customer Experience Department since 2019 and continues to develop strong relationships with our Customers.

Tharshan is constantly demonstrating enthusiasm, eagerness to help and Tayco’s core values. In fact, Tharshan helped to co-found the IDEA Team whose mission is to promote inclusiveness, diversity, equality and accessibility within Tayco. We are very proud of his performance and achievements and we truly recognize him as a key Team member of our organization.

If you could go to dinner with any famous person, past or present, who would it be? Barack Obama

What is your all-time favorite movie or tv shows? I have two. One is The Intouchables, a french movie that highlights humanity in the face of hardship. It’s a beautiful and uplifting story of friendship that I would highly recommend. The other one is, Dolomite is my Name. It’s a true story of grit.

If you could go on vacation anywhere in the world where would it be? The whole continent of Asia because I just love the cuisine that comes from there.

What’s one interesting thing people may not know about you? I love writing.

What’s your favourite part about working for Tayco? I love working for Tayco because of the people that I get to work with and the opportunity I get to help customers. It’s exciting to be working with individuals who are so passionate about what they do because ultimately they inspire you.
