As a Claims Specialist, Penny plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth resolutions for Customers by reviewing claim submissions, providing effective solutions, and assisting the Team in identifying and resolving challenges. Her dedication to problem-solving and commitment to exceptional service make her an invaluable part of the Tayco Team.
Outside of work, Penny is a passionate Toronto Maple Leafs fan, loves traveling to historic sites, and enjoys unwinding with her four dogs on the beach. She also has a hidden talent—she can juggle!

1. What’s your current role, and what does a typical day look like?
As the Claims Specialist my daily routine involves a lot of juggling. I am reviewing all claim submissions and providing solutions for our Customers who need assistance with issues. At the same time, I am committed to helping our Team identify and find solutions to any issues.
2. What are some of the most rewarding aspects of your job?
I love being able to help solve a Customer’s challenges. When at the end of a project, our Dealer tells me how happy their Customers are with our product or service, it makes my day.
3. What’s your favourite season and why?
My favorite season is hockey season – because I bleed blue – Go Leafs Go !
4. If you could have any superpower, what would it be, and how would you use it?
It would have to be Teleportation – so I could pop over anywhere in the world without travel time!
5. What’s your favourite family tradition that you do?
Every Christmas, my family watches the entire Lord of the Rings / Hobbit movies straight through in order.
6. How do you unwind after a busy day at work?
I take my 4 dogs out for runs on the beach – I like looking out into the Ocean, its very calming
7. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I would travel to either England or Scotland – I love history and I would enjoy seeing historic Castles
8. What type of food do you like to eat?
My favourite food would have to be steak!
9. What’s one quirky habit or talent you have that most people don’t know about?
My quirky habit is the ability to actually juggle.
10. What is your favourite animal?
My favourite animal would be dogs of course.
