Mortgage Resource Plus Case Study

 

The Challenge

Mortgage Resource Plus in Southfield, Michigan teamed up with Tayco dealer Studio 5 Inc. and Sandra Stacey Design for the design and installation of their new office. The mortgage company has been in their current building for ten years and were moving into a large space a few floors above their current location.

The new office space was surrounded by four-foot tall windows, providing ample natural light. To further enhance this, a wall was taken down to create an open concept floor plan, and glass doors were installed in the boardroom.

The Solution

Tayco’s Switch office panel system was installed throughout the open concept office which features 16″ high glass screens, used to create privacy for the employees while allowing the continual flow of natural light. Each station was outfitted with a height adjustable desk and return in Acacia laminate, as well as a box, box, file pedestal, with a Southwester body. The workspaces were divided by Tayco’s signature Gallery Panel in Summer Drops. The soft grey was a perfect choice tie together the to contrasting woodgrains.

Private offices were finished in Scene with seamless matching finishes to the open office.

J1 office chairs accompanied every station with seat cushions to match Mortage Resource Plus’ brand colours.

The Result

The newly renovated office of Mortgage Resource Plus has a modern open concept feel and offers plenty of privacy without diminishing the natural light.
