Dorsay Development Corporation Case Study

The Challenge

Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the Dorsay Development Corporation office features a large, open-concept space, as well as wall-to-wall windows offering a breathtaking view of the city. In need of functional furnishings that would fit the modern space, Tayco dealer Harkel Office and designer Gio Tan Design recommended Tayco’s Cosmo system.

The Solution

Offering a variety of privacy and height options, the versatile office panel system can be designed to meet the needs of every worker. Low panels supporting “L” shaped desks were placed throughout the space in pods of four to provide ample space and just the right amount of privacy. Contrasting colours and tones were used throughout the design to give the space a modern feel.

The Result

The versatility of Cosmo allows users in Dorsay Development Corporation to create their ideal office flow. In this case, Cosmo was used to provide private workstations without obstructing city views and still allowing an abundance of natural light to flow.
